INFORMATION COLLECTED 

We request information from you on our tax organizer forms. In order to complete your tax work we require you to submit contact information (such as name, email, and address), social security numbers, and financial information for direct deposit. 

HOW WE USE INFORMATION COLLECTED 

We use collected information to: 

  • Prepare tax forms 
  • Provide you with tax planning
  • Contact you about the status of your tax returns 
  • Notify you of tax updates or other important tax related information

INFORMATION SHARED WITH OTHERS 

We do not share your information with anyone.  

EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

Our email distribution provider is Mailchimp.  We provide detailed information in our emails to opt-out. We only send emails to current clients who have gone through our double opt-in process or have specifically requested to be added to our email list.

We do not collect or sell personally identifying information without your express permission.  We will not sell our email list to anyone.

We may provide links on our website to other sites we think you may benefit from. These sites operate independently of Pinnacle Tax and have established their own privacy and security policies. We limit the information we provide to outside companies with whom we contract to only what they need to carry out their responsibilities.
